SignShield — Visitor Management System

SignShield is a smart, secure visitor management system (VMS) built by Ditecho for offices, factories, hospitals and gated communities. It replaces paper registers with a fast digital check-in flow, photo capture, host approvals and a real-time log of everyone on-site. The platform ships as a multi-role web dashboard plus a companion mobile app, with separate access for admins, receptionists/guards, hosts and management. Most offices, factories, hospitals and gated communities still run their front desk on a paper register — a visitor scribbles a name, a guard waves them in, and there’s no real record of who is inside the building right now. It’s slow at the gate, easy to fake, and impossible to audit when something goes wrong.

Hosts have no idea a guest has arrived until reception phones around. Management can’t see live footfall or pull a clean report. And the “solutions” on the market are either clunky enterprise software priced for large corporates, or basic apps that don’t fit how Indian reception desks and security teams actually work.
