How we built SignShield — a visitor management system from scratch

When a corporate park asked us to replace their paper visitor register, we didn't just build a form — we built SignShield, a full visitor management platform.
The core idea was simple: every visitor should be checked in within seconds, every host should be able to approve or deny instantly, and management should always know exactly who is on-site.
We shipped a multi-role web dashboard (admin, reception/guard, host) plus a companion mobile app. Highlights include QR visitor badges, PIN-lock sign-in, approve/deny workflows, live check-in/out tracking and exportable reports.
The result: check-in time dropped from minutes to seconds, and facility managers finally have real-time visibility of their building.
